By accessing or using Rockpapers ("the Service"), operated by JVP Development LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Rockpapers is a booking platform that connects live music venues with performing artists. We facilitate event scheduling, contract generation, payment processing, and communication between venues and performers.
You must register for an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Program Name: Rockpapers Notifications
Program Description: Rockpapers sends transactional SMS messages to registered users regarding booking activity, including: contract status updates, performance offers received, payment confirmations, event reminders, and direct messages between venues and performers.
You opt in to SMS notifications by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration on rockpapers.com and providing a valid mobile phone number. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Rockpapers at the phone number provided.
Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform. You may receive messages when relevant events occur on your account (e.g., a new offer is received or a contract is signed). Typical users receive between 0 and 20 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Rockpapers does not charge you to receive SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Rockpapers. To re-subscribe, reply START or re-enable SMS in your account settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as their resellers.
We do not share opt-in information or phone numbers collected for SMS messaging with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Rockpapers facilitates bookings between venues and performers. All contracts and payments are agreements between the venue and the performer. Rockpapers is not a party to those contracts and is not responsible for the performance, cancellation, or payment obligations of either party.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). By using the Service, you also agree to the terms of those providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockpapers and JVP Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
